Start With the Booth Objective, Not the Equipment List

A product launch may need a large visual focal point for scheduled presentations. A lead-generation booth may benefit more from several touchscreen stations that support individual conversations. A hospitality lounge may require discreet displays and low-level audio rather than a high-output stage system.
This decision affects every technical choice that follows. Ask where visitors should stop, what they should see first, and whether content is intended for a crowd, a small group, or one person at a time. They can provide excellent resolution at close range, particularly where visitors need to read detailed product information. Projectors can suit darkened theater spaces or large scenic visuals, but they require careful control of ambient light and clear projection paths. Screen brightness matters as much as resolution. A high-resolution display that lacks sufficient brightness may appear dull against neighboring booths. Start by deciding whether audio is essential. If video content is mainly viewed from the aisle, captions and motion graphics may be more effective than spoken narration. Make Content Work With the Physical System

Create content in the correct pixel dimensions and aspect ratio for the final display. Allow time for display commissioning, audio tuning, lighting focus, content checks, and a full operational rehearsal.
