For high-visibility corporate conferences, AV planning should begin early enough to influence room layout, stage design, registration flow, and the event schedule. The right technical plan gives presenters confidence, keeps content visible from every seat, and gives the production team enough control to respond quickly when conditions change.

Start With the Conference Objective

AV requirements should follow the purpose of the conference. A leadership town hall, a multi-track industry convention, a product launch, and a training seminar may all use a stage and presentation screens, but their technical priorities are different.

Define what the audience must see, hear, and do.
